  • Do you quote outside of Geraldton?
    Quoting is free and without obligation in Geraldton and surrounding areas. Occasionally if the job is an excessive distance from Geraldton or any other town that we service then a fee may have to be charged. Aussie Tree Services service these areas; Geraldton, Cervantes, Jurien Bay, Badgingarra, Leeman, Greenhead, Eneabba, Coorow, Carnamah, Three Springs, Perenjori, Morawa, Mingenew, Dongara, Mullewa, Yalgoo, Meekatharra, Northampton, Kalbarri, Mount Magnet and Cue.
  • How long are your quotes valid for?
    Our quotes are valid for 3 months. After 3 months the job may need to be requoted as there can be changes in vegetation growth or site conditions. If you request alterations after the initial quote this may result in changes to the cost.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes we are. We have full unrestricted insurance for Public Liability, Workers Compensation and Vehicle, Plant & Equipment.
  • How do I make payment?
    We will send you an invoice after the work has been completed. The payment options are on the invoice and includes the EFT details. We accept cash, cheque and direct deposit. Unfortunately we don't offer Credit Card or eftpos facilities.
  • Do you sell mulch?

  • Do you offer emergency storm damaged tree and branch removal services?
    Yes
  • Do you do roadside clearing?
    Yes
  • Do you offer slashing or mowing?
    No we don't. However we do recommend Peter Millington at Midwest Mulching Mowing. You can contact Peter on 0429 341 306
  • Do I need to be there when the work is done?
    No you don't. We would arrange with you prior to the work being completed for any pets to be secured, gates which require access or vehicles to be relocated.
  • Can you leave logs for firewood or mulch for our gardens?
    Yes we can. Speak to the Manager when they provide the quote about your request.
  • Do you leave the waste from Stump Grinding?
    Yes, most times it is left in place of the stump or it can be spread over garden beds. Removing stump waste may incur extra charges.
  • Are your staff qualified?
    Yes, we are committed to providing the best in-house and external training to our staff to ensure our service is the most qualified and professional in the region.
